I am currently working in Oman and I intend to travel to Dubai in March 3, 2013 and return to the Oman in 4 days of the same month. My Philippine passport expires in June 2013. Will there be a problem entering and leaving Dubai?

Some countries won't let you enter if your passport expires less than six months later; some will. So you need to check up on Dubai. There must be a UK Foreign Office site you can find by Googling.
I agree with bert, I'm finding 6 months coming up a lot on google searches for Dubai. I doubt the UK FO will help as you are a Philippine passport holder, so you'd be better off contacting their FO.
This is from the website of the United Arab Emirates London Embassy. (However, since it makes no reference to nationality I assume that applies to ALL passports):
"Q. What is the minimum validity period that I need to have in my passport?
A. Six months, beyond the end of your intended stay. If you hold a residence permit, your passport must be valid for at least three months in order to travel in and out of the country."

(it's on the FAQs page).

Contact the Phillipine Consulate in Oman to find out about renewing your passport:
