Electricity In Dubai?

Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

You do make me laugh, well I was the oldest and the slenderest and the best looking AND i did the full hour, the old old women were fat and wobbly, made me feet great. I shall continue every week although it is 10€ an hour!! I rushed off for a coffee in the nearest bar, sooo necessary!

Well there a thing, I've been posting from my laptop and nothing has appeared, deeply disgruntled, can't keep boiling cabbages at my age!
It's hot, I'm shattered and just changed the duvet over to a summer one (yes a month early) and had the fight of my life to get it into the damn cover. Life doesn't get any easier does it.

Just had an awful scare again. Mr. N was getting ready in the bedroom for a bath , I was in lounge eating cornflakes and strawbs when I heard a terrible crash and a shout, I threw my bowl onto the table and rushed to bedroom. One of the sliding doors of his wardrobe had come loose and fallen onto his back , he was ok but shaken, I am still shaking and cleaning up cornflakes and milk from coffee table. His back hurts a bit. Hija of course heard nothing in her room next door as she had the hairdryer on.

I've been on a lovely walk,today. Up hill and down dale. Monsal Dale and right up the other side to Monsal Head then down into a village called Ashford I the Water. Made me really happy.
I went at 9.00 and back home about 4.30. Wasn't walking all that time :)
Quite tired now so probably in bed early tonight.

Good morning. Its lovely today again. Off to hospital for xray. We now have swimming snakes on the island, that the beach finished for me. Balls of mybfeet are painful from zumba.
