I am currentley a 3rd year Apprentice Chef and i am looking for employment in Europe And wish to obtain a 1 or 2 year working visa how do i do this and do you have any information cheers

I don't think you will need a visa if you hold an EU passport. My Son worked in Nice for 6 month about 3 or 4 years ago and he certainly did not need a visa
If you're an EU citizen then you have an automatic right to live and/or work in any one of the 25 member states. Some countries require that if you're staying for a prolonged period (often this is either over 3 months or over 6 months) then you must register your presence with the local authorities. These requirements, however, vary from country to country.

Yes I beleive my son had to register and pay tax while he was there. I also think he could claim back the tax - not too sure about that though.
