Sharm el sheikh
Hi, can someone please help me. I am thinking of going to sharm el sheikh in sept but am being told different things. some people have said that it is very quiet & not much to do at night & others have told me that it is busy at night.
Which is true!? please help, i would ideally like somewhere close to the beach but with quiet a lot of nightlife too so now i am not sure what to do. Thanks!

Stayed all inclusive and made loads of friends in hotel and therefore loads of socialising. Only went into the "town" one night but there seemed to be plenty to do - bars and clubs etc. Weather fab, hotels really high standard.
Egyptian men are a bit of a nitemare though - they just don't leave you alone. But most of them only want to swap you for a camel !!!!
If you scuba dive or snorkel it is fabulous, the hotels are luxurious, food is fresh but possibly repetitive. The airport is gross especially the toilets. It drops to a very cold temp at night, and it drops suddenly. The whole place is man made and beyond the complexex it is desert. There isn't much to do as it is so focused on lounging by the pool or water sports. If you do gp scuba diving there, be very careful with which boat/instructor you go with, take your own equipment (do not trust the local gear) buy a bright yellow hood too, incase u surface away from the dive party. There isn't a great deal opf night life actually, at night it can be quite quiet in the hotels.
