Australia 12 month working visa

I'm going to Australia in about 4 weeks. I plan to be there for about 3 and a half months. I understand you can get your 12 month visa online but how long does it take for them to process it and return it to you? I'm worried I don't have enough time and I want to get my flights booked asap.

" Working Holiday visa applications submitted electronically are normally finalised within 2 working days. In some instances, applications may need to be referred to an Australian Immigration Office in Australia for further processing. Referred applications may take up to 4 weeks to finalise.

Applicants should not make any irreversible travel arrangements until they receive written advice from our office that their visa has been granted. "
