travel insurance

my bag was lost by the airline when on holiday last year - i had insurance but it took them ages to pay up and i didn't get paid the full amount i lost- can anyone recomend a good travel insurance company ?

you may find you get more if you claim under your household policy - I did when my camera was stolen; the travel insurance had a low limit on such luxury items but the household insurance didn't.
