I don't know about prices but have a look at spaseekers.com.  There is Champneys Forest Mere in Hampshire and Grayshott Hall which is in Surrey but just off the A3 (very near Champneys Forest Mere in fact) and many others.  There is a spa in Basingstoke which I have not tried but looks good on paper: http://www.beechdown.co.uk/
