Just thought I'd start this thread for any folk who are having to travel anywhere today in the teeth of the storm we're currently experiencing.

Just flashed up on Sky News that all Scotrail services are suspended until further notice.

yes, one had to use the bus, one had to drive to work :( (family)
glasgow central station closed. all flights cancelled. thousands of homes without power. car blown into loch. not looking good.

Major disruption at Glasgow and Edinburgh airports.
Neighbour has it worse....open air greenhouse...no felt left on his summerhouse...garden full of debris....waiting for it to subside I'll have to give him a helping hand....

Terrible. I awoke to see a thick frost outside this morning. And walked into work with .... no discernable breeze ?!?!?

Yes..lived just outside Norwich...Thorpe St Andrews....east of Norwich on main route to great yarmouth a47 I think....
