Khandro...thinking about sadder things to try and cheer yourself up and not feel so hard done by doesn't make someone feel any less sad.

Retro...The CU thread wasn't like this thread. This thread is someone expressing unhappiness. Do you expect me to guess how someone is feeling before they've expressed their feelings?

JJ...do you use facebook? There are many nice, honest, understanding people from here that use it who maybe you could talk to about what happened a few years back.

I don't agree with you Khandro, there IS always someone worse off than yourself, but that doesn't help when we are feeling down or depressed for whatever reason. We all have our crosses to bear.
