This is American I'm afraid. Don't know if they still have a British seller.
Hi fran b
If not too late have a choc fudge icing recipe:
150g / 5oz icing sugar, 25g / 1oz cocoa powder, 50g / 2oz butter, thinly sliced, 2 x 5ml / 2 teaspoons honey 2 x 15ml / 2 tblspoons milk, 0.5 x 2.5ml spoon / 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
Sift icing sugar and cocoa into bowl. Put remaining ingredients in a pan and heat gently until the butter has melted, stirring constantly. Pour immediately into the sugar mixture and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth. If too thick, add a few drops of hot water. Use straight away or:
To freeze: Pour into a rigid container, cool quickly, then seal. To thaw: Thaw in container at room temp for 2 hrs, then beat well and use as for fresh icing. Have made this recipe countless times for other people on chocolate cake (not a fan myself - prefer coffee), but all report how delicious it is! Very easy/simple to make, never fails.
