And now I see a toaster and egg maker....so confused lol :-)
I wanted to buy her a photography session so she could get a nice pic of them all together before moving. OH said no though because he doesn't want to pose for pictures.
She's brought the grand kids up so she's going to really miss them day to day. The youngest (twins) will be 21 this year. She's had them since before they started school.
I have had one of these for two years and I challenge anyone to make better coffee, more easily. It also makes coffee considerably cheaper than those "pod" machines.
Coffee is something I can take or leave. I used to drink perhaps one or two cups a week. However, since I discovered Nescafé Azero Intenso I am hooked. Pricey, but it tastes just as good, if not better, than anything a machine can make.
Wrap it up in very expensive paper then, with huge bow !
Seriously, I have recommended the Aeropress to load of people and nobody has been disappointed yet.
Whatever you do, don't buy any machine that uses those "pods" You will be making people pay way over the odds for indifferent coffee for the rest of their lives.
Buy them an espresso maker ....lots in Tesco, for instance, for a lot less than £200 !

The coffee is not indifferent it is very nice and has different strengths to suit everyone - stop being a snob it doesn't suit your labour roots!!
My daughter has a Dolce Gusto which produces reasonably good coffee but I always wonder what happens when they stop making the pods and then you're stuck with a machine you can't use.
