Also why didn't Kate answer the 48 questions...All you need to do is read the PJ police files for those on here who choose to ignore The true FACTS on this case!!
And like the Portuguese supreme Judges have recently said - the McCann's have not been cleared of any wrong doing?

yeah I wondered about that
considering the idea is 'innocent until proven guilty'
but there could be elements of the Code Napoleon - the investigating judge may form an opinion of 'guilty/triable ' = [coupable] and then you are charged
Denning when he was just about out of it - said of the Brum bombers now know to have been framed ( but Denning didnt know that: 'nothing to do with me if the police decide to lie to me' and all that sort of thing]said " have they let them out ? But they havent proven they were innocent!'
This caused 50 appeals to be lodged the next day - on the grounds that Denning didnt know the criteria for overturning a conviction.
( that the conviction was unsafe and NOT that the defendants had proven they hadnt dunnit)
clearly portuguese law is different to english
why we dont just go straignt for broke
and demand their hands are chopped off
( th McCanns and not the Judges)
