I made a pasta bake with a tomato, garlic and white wine sauce, to which I added Spinach and feta. I topped this with a cheese sauce and covered in cheesy breadcrumbs.

I'll be surprised if Ethandron has room for ragu today after yesterday's feast. Braised red cabbage is definitely going to be knocked up this week, and it freezes brilliantly so I'll be able to have a few portions to look forward too.
