Can't Record From The Telly

Pit peeved at our dinosaur of a TV.

I am on stage this coming Thursday and Friday but the TV programme I am in is on the telly on Thursday evening and we can't record it.

My brother can record but only to his TV. I think they repeat it on Sunday evening. Hopefully I will get to see it then.

We're going to need more info before anyone can offer any advice.
Are you trying to set up a recording on your Sky/Tivo box, or are you trying to record onto a separate DVD/hard drive??
When you say you can't record, what exactly are the problems??

i didn't think the age of the tv was relevant if you'd got a modern recorder?

I think cassa is saying she wants to record herself on telly and her TV is too old to record. Not much you can do about that except buy a Smart TV.
