Am struggling with this one. The only word that I can think of at the moment for the second word (8) is Vanguard - though, I am sure you will agree, is somewhat tenuous for a warden.

Do you have any of the letters in either word which might help solve this one, please?

There appears to be a location in Coventry called Alvis Retail Park. A synonym for Warden might be a "Shielder."
