I've found I'm the same weight whether I'm off or on my diet, so - guess what! - I'm off it. I'm not a big eater anyway so a little of everything does me fine.

Pick just one day a week and stick to that, and the. At the end of the month see how you've done over the 4 weeks. It's the only realistic way to do it.
I've replied many times that weighing myself daily doesn't change the trend of my changing weight, it just keeps me in the dark all week.
