I imagine just as much of that goes on in Europe, Khandro. The difference is that most people there are educated to understand that knocking out countless children when they cannot all be sustained is not desireable. So they take measures to prevent pregnancies. Africans, it seems, are not so well cultivated.

I think Medina illustrates diversity and outreach Islamic style better than Mecca, Togo.
