For some time I have been feeling fatigued/lethargic a lot of the time. Ive never slept very well but this feels more than just some sleep deprivation. I had to attend a meeting this afternoon and it took all I had to prevent me from closing my eyes and going sleep. Also feel short of breath and occasionally nauseous (on the bus home I nearly had to get off because I felt disorientated and sick) Have checked my blood pressure and that seems to be ok.
I haven't drank for some time, I'm not currently smoking and I'm eating a diet high in veg, fruit and salads. I'm drinking loads of water and avoiding caffeine.
I'm doing all the right things and feel like cr @p.
Any ideas what to do?
Thanks.

LOL, cant do right for doing wrong sometimes Spath...
Good, Nailit, as long as you're seeing them as blips :-)

I would go for tests. Vitamin deficiency can have some horrible side effects.

Thanks ummmm.
Just a thought - is your carbon monoxide alarm working properly? (Do you in fact have any equipment that might be responsible for carbon monoxide).

But I do agree, see a doc.
