Firstly, I typed 'unnecessary' and then realised that someone would tell me that all those occasions when a thread becomes holed-below-the-waterline because of the insertion of *Muslims/Islam*, that the comments were not unneccessary.....but were very necessary, indeed, because they had the same thing to say for only the umpteenth time!

Yeah, just like the few on here that would like him silenced along with The Donald because they speak the views of a lot of people and are stirring the minority liberal elite.
I'm also sure that through history there are families wishing their close relative didn't stand up for rights and the wrongs of Government, all those servicemen, the suffragettes and many others.
But where would we be without them doing so?

I’ve seen that very same complaint levelled elsewhere, but I think you have to look at it from the point of view of the reader. You may have read the same thing umpteen times – as I have, particularly on threads in Chatterbank – how tedious are some of those? …..but it doesn’t follow that others have read them umpteen times. As I understand it, new members are joining all the time - so patience, in this instance, is a virtue.
I’ve seen that very same complaint levelled elsewhere, but I think you have to look at it from the point of view of the reader.
