Wednesday. Halfway through the week already. Tempus Fugit.

Overcast again this morning, but a bit warmer than has been the last few days. I've not ventured out yet though, just poked my nose out the front door.

A bit of out and about today, I'll go and see my old ex-RAF mate and his other half, I haven't seen them for a while.

much better..and swimming..but I find that boring...we go on long 10+miles walks with friends dogs most weekends

Good plan rowan. less wear and tear on the legs, particularly the knees.

Good morning, just staggered into kitchen from shower, gasping for coffee, not even poured yet, the man thing is slacking, I will sort him out later :-)

I have dodgy knees anyway but a physio told me to walk more, and on slightly rough ground if possible. Apparently all the little adjustments strengthen the framework around and inside the joint.
