When does yours begin? Mine start today - I use Baedas shower gel until 15 Jan (luckily its 3 for 2 at Superdrug)and I really get into the swing of things - I might even go get a bottle of imitation Baileys from Aldi - I prefer it - its not quite as strong or thick as the original Irish Cream
I'm even thinking about making my own Egg Nog this year (I wonder if I could use greek yoghurt instead of cream)

real Bailey's is £12 a litre in Tesco now instead of £20. I'm using it as shower gel.

Charity cards at cancer research are 74p for 10 and all the money goes to charity so please go to your local shop and get them from there

Isn't Kahlua coffee flavoured?
Yes. I'm just a few days back from a long, and mostly rain drenched, walk.
I started one on the 3rd January this year and it was wet and cold.
I'll rest for a while before setting off again.
Dec 15th

^ erm... its not the 15th of December yet Spath.
Damn, My mayan calendar ran out a while ago, i've started re-using it in the hope that's how it works
ahh I see now, started again from 2012... ok.
I used to love Badedas but now it makes me itch.
I remember that advert with the towel wrapped woman who was standing in the window. "Things happen after a Badedas bath" I love the old corny ads.
Yep ric-ror Kahlua is very coffee flavoured
I forgot the coffee. Here is the video but I did change the recipe
Never starts here as we cannot stand all the hype and the fact some people prepare early in the year!! What on earth is that all about! Xmas used to be joyous and meaningful...now it seems to want to outdo others, spend till you load the card and pay for it all the following year! Not my scene, I'm always glad when first week of January is over and things getting back to 'normal'. Roll on January please.... The hype should be over then one hopes!
Don't forget that Christmas Day & New Year's day occur in the same year this year.
I've never associated Badedas with Christmas, just treated myself to a really big bottle from Morrison's. Will an opened bottle of salt caramel bailey-like liqueur from last year still be OK? Can't stand the stuff personally but the family like it, especially in hot chocolate.
Whiskeryron ...really....? So it's January the first 2018 or 25th December 2019 lol.... I'm know I'm an old ffffart but didn't relies senile as well lol. Go on tell me how I work it out lol X
I used to love Badedas but now it makes me itch. Mix with a drop of Gin.
I'm know I'm an old ffffart but didn't relies senile as well lol. Go on tell me how I work it out lol X Dec 25th 2018 & Jan 1st 2018. Please try & keep up.

Oh you've lost me now on this thread - what with Christmas and New Year being in the same year and some folks mixing gin in the shower gel - you've all gone a little bit crazy ;-))
As for out of date liquer - I'd certainly drink it

love you all lots
Certainly not November .
I do the shopping on line, but my preparations proper start in mid December and that's when Christmas cards arrive and are sent. Not bothering with a tree this year but I am of the put up the tree Christmas Eve and take it down the day after boxing day persuasion. Not one of my festivals, to me its meaningless.
