the award is for best presenter; no reason why a single person shouldn't win it, even without anyone to have rapport with. I suspect pairs have an unfair advantage. Personally I'd give it to Mary Beard any day.

Glad Ant & Dec won, love them ! So glad also that Paul O'Grady won again for his Battersea Dog show and Purist, I agree with you, I don't find Car Share funny at all, but I'm a big fan of Peter Kay.

Odd that Dermot O’Leary himself presented Dimbleby with his special award. Surely a VIP should’ve done that
