I’m putting some chorizo in a pasta thing (recipe discovered on FB and picture not great) - do I slice it or cube it? (I’m not overly bothered as I’m not eating it (I don’t generally eat pasta or sausage or the veg that’s in it - which I’m actually starting to think sounds like a v random mixture of crap shoved over pasta.)) I’ll do a better than average dessert to make up for how bad I’m beginning to imagine it’s going to taste :)

Cube.
Yes cube, I love it sliced but is does have a strong flavour so cubes is less overpowering for some

Thanks both - hadn’t thought that the taste might be a bit much (never tried it).
And it needs to be fried-off first to release the flavour. Just bunging it into a pasta dish will be bleuuurgh!

Recipe says to fry it - it’ll be fine :)
Cool
lol zacs you sound like my OH, he considers himself a chorizo expert ;)
Enjoy sherrard :)
Cut it in thin slivers - lumps of chorizo aren't great.
