He slept with his sister in law!

I went out with my current bf 5 years ago but we split as he slept with his sister in law. (His brother does not know). His brother and sister in law had 4 kids but a 5th came along after my bf slept with her - its was a mystery as to whos the baby is as she slept with a few people!
5 years we are back together as i do love him but yesterday i could not get hold of him all day and he said he was out with the sister in law and some of her kids and left the phone in the car.
i think i trust him but i hate her for what she did.

I personally think he's trying to keep the peace with teh sister-in-law. She has a hold on your man cos he obviously wouldn't want his brother to find out what he did and she'll be using it to get what she wants from your b/f. As for you being slated., ignore it. People do stupid things for even more stupid reasons sometimes and if you love each other then good on you but you need to find out who's the little girls father.

the people we hurt are our friends in the end.
i was askin about him cheating with his sister in law and what i shud do to stop him spending time with her. completely different from what you lot are gettin on your high horse about.

But have you ever thought maybe he knoes more than he's telling you and that is why he's spending time with maybe his daughter? That way you'll never stop him.

Yep, I know of people who have cheated. My ex husband for one. As far as I'm concerened there is no need for it ~ why not finish a relationship first? I have far more respect for people who do that.

Just because I know of people who have cheated, doesn't make it right. And I have said the same to them as I say to you! if you don't trust him, get out. There is no reason why you should trust each other is there?

True pippa, I dont get why they loved eachother and for that reason they cheated on others. Would have been much easier to just finish with them.

Well it isn't rocket science is it? if the answer ''because we loved each other' is a reasonable defence, then it can be used in murder trials and the defendant let off.

Cheating hurts many. It may be personal to me, but I feel my opinions are valid in this case.

Your guy made a stupid mistake. talk to him about him spending time with her (he shouldn't be really) and about finding out if he is the little girls father. (also if you wanted to get at the sister in law point out that she can't be all that fantastic cos he came back to you and that if the little girl is his daughter that basically makes you her "second mum"!) I Do agree that it takes two to tango and understand that you blame her more because she still hasn't moved on from it but try not to rise to her.
