There will be a General Election, but only if Boris can get two thirds of the commons to vote for it.
It also has to be two-thirds of all MPs in Parliament, not just two-thirds of those in the vote.
There are at least two ways of avoiding the 2/3 requirement: a motion of No Confidence -- riskier, admittedly, as it also would give scope for Corbyn to try and form a Coalition, for which he might now have the numbers; and a Bill in the form of "Notwithstanding the terms of the Fixed Term Parliament Act, there shall be a general election on [date]." Both of these would require a simple majority rather than a 2/3rd majority.
