I am struggling to find an answer to a clue in a quiz I am completing on Countries. The clues range from anagrams to cryptic. The one I am stuck on is A potty place? I thought it might be China, but I would appreciate any other ideas you may have. Many thanks

I originally put down Poland, then my daughter suggested China. I had made up my mind with China, now I think I may go back to my first thoughts. Thanks everyone.
