I wonder how many of the folk who are whinging about having to wear a facemask for a few minutes shopping, clapped the health workers who've been wearing facemarks throughout their 8-hour-plus working shifts for over 6 months now.

I’m happy to wear a mask tho I don’t agree with it.
I thing that supercilious and confrontational attitude is one reason many people get fed up to be honest.
In particular the notion that wearing a face mask (for a few minutes shopping) is comparable to what NHS staff have been doing for months.
Perhaps we should start clapping all face mask wearers :-)

We're not whingeing either.

The Chinese/Japanese have been wearing masks for years, even when on holiday over here. We thought that they looked silly. They probably thought us silly for not wearing them.

Gness; if you do make TonyAV a mask in Villa's colours, make sure you put a couple of arrows on it, pointing downwards. What? No.i'm not trying to remind him of the Villain's present predicament. I'm suggesting the arrows so he knows which way up the mask is supposed to be worn :-)

Been told yesterday that all Tesco staff have to wear masks from friday, we been working since march without masks and no harm done, if you don't wear one you get sent home without pay i will wear one as it my job. Just wish people would stand up as one and say No.
