people in the community setting is not supported by current

I was wearing a mankini darn da centre
and I wasnt wearing a facemask
was it OK to do as I did and take it off and wrap it round my head ?
and a policeperson said - dat aint a mankini datta face mask
and I said - - I havent seen many bearded ladies as policepersons
and they fined me ! I mean is that fair ?
