I disagree naz,

Have loved the voice of Josh Grobin since I first heard him, and to me only he can sing this song so beautifully.

It did not come over (the video) as smaltzy at all, and I cannot think that it was made to make people feel guilty.
Maybe for the most of us who have lost someone dear, or indeed can see this in a living person who they care about, then all the more reason to feel something touching and so true about it. For those that have not had any loss or distress that old age can bring are perhaps not in a position to judge, such a moving film...
