Wildflower Meadow Needed

we want to create a wildflower meadow with flowers and grasses, but all the ones sold are so very expensive..does anyone know where we can get seeds at a reasonable price?

I use "Naturescape" seeds not sure about how they compare with others but the quality is good and most have germinated well.
You can get seed mix's or individual packets.

There are lots of companies that send out packs. You let then know where you are and they send seeds appropriate for your area

Collect the seeds from a meadow....cheaper than buying

The best time to sow wildflower seeds is in the spring. If you can wait until then, Grow Wild (which is backed by Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew) distributes wildflower seed kits for free:

If you have the opportunity to start from scratch, it may be worth going for wild flower turfs. Expensive I guess but at least you'll have an instant effect without the long wait and it could work out cheaper in the long run, as the plants are already established.
