Ebay Account Hacked.

My ebay account has been hacked & I can't even open it to inform them, I found
a phone number but the automated message just says go to "ebay.co.uk" but I can't even do
that as every time I try the page comes up -gobbled -de-gook- I've no other way of telling them.
I went to my email account & it came up with the sign in page & I did with my usual password
without thinking. I've changed the password now, but I'm really worried about what could happen,
what do I do now? Please help me someone....Ange

The latest screenshot showed your first name in the middle of the screen. Your first name and surname were in the top left.

Don't worry, it's easily done and it's gone now, I doubt many seen it.

I've found mention in the ebay forums of others with similar issue - today!!

One suggestions was to do with Virgin Media - are you with them?

If you can get to the page in your account as shown in this example and let us know whats ticked

If Kids Guard is ticked/enables, turn it off, remember to ok any changes, then try ebay again.

Tuvok, I don’t know what time you’re back on AB, but I want to thank you so much with a great big massive (social distanced) hug, you are an absolute genius, post office had ticked the child safe option, I’ve literary lost sleep worrying over this and changed numerous passwords. I removed the tick and everything just started working. Thank you and thank you to all on AB who helped me you are all such lovely people. Ange x
