It could have been a neat addition, Brownbelle, but I think the preamble would have had to specify its inclusion, and it doesn't - it requires only seven non-standard entries and they're all accounted for.
Currently it's the normal 'ear' spelling that appears on the plaque and on the bridge itself, from the images I've seen, so it looks like the nice epsilon quirk has been lost over time (I like the idea that they took the smallest student as the basic unit, making it a much more precise measurement!).
