I used to like them plain in a sandwich with loads of ketchup.

I have a 'mini' pan that I make a one egg omelette in - topped with mushrooms and bacon, just right for breakfast.

2 very large eggs, a bit of cream, seasonings.

I tried a new one for lunch, from a Nigel Slater recipe...parmesan and minced anchovies. Very nice.

I don’t think I’ve ever made an omelette, I’ve probably eaten one somewhere but mustn’t been overly keen to not remember.

I really don't like eggs. And don't like omelettes. OH often makes them for his lunch, and I can't stand the smell of them cooking. Funnily enough I don't mind scrambled egg as long as it's covered with tomato sauce.
