Is This A Scam?

Oh received an email from euro Camp. Offering him a refund for a holiday he booked last year. He has already been refunded for it. They didn't specify how much the refund was. I just stopped him putting his bank details in.
What do you think?

If it was me, I’d ring eurocamp, tell them about the email and see what they say.
If, as I suspect, it’s a scam, then it would be a good idea to let them know.

I’d ring Eurocamp and invite them to comment on how your details fell into the hands of scammers

Thought about this some more - it could be an admin error on their part. If they did refund you by mistake they'd be entitled to claim it back.

Did the letter addresss you by name (not just your email address or dear customer). If not, its allmost certainly scam and its probly just sent out at random rather due to hacking Eurocamp records.

If you look at the raw message is the true senders email address the same as EuroCamps. A scammers will allmost certainly show up as some randomgmail account or east eurapean domain.

No harm in lettting eurocamps know so they can check on hacking issue.

For peace of mind contact them at there proper message/email phone number, they may say its genuine and they just sent it to everyone but it seems unlikely. Or maybe theres a small part still to send you
