Oh yes. Very much so. I moved house, I gave them the date I wanted to cancel their services - first they cut off my phone too weeks too soon, just when I really needed it to sort out the move, and it took several days to get it reconnected, then though they did come to collect the cable modem, they didn't cancel the billing for the internet and tried to charge me for another month, it took several letters to their so-called customer "service" department to get that sorted out... ironically all the time I was with them (which went right back to when they took over Nynex) I never had a problem with their service, it was only when I tried to leave that it went wrong.
