Oh dear - if we really want to go into this:
http://www.prisonreformtrust.org.uk/subsection .asp?id=331
Nearly twelve thousand innocent people were imprisoned in England and Wales last year [nov 2003] for crimes they did not commit.
And that figure does not include people like the Guildford AND THIS IS IN THE UK.
Then we could consider people like Nelson Mandella - a terrorist or freedom fighter - you choose which.
Mahatma Ghandi - would you consider him to be 'innocent'?
I have no problem with locking up terrorists. I do have a problem who are arrested on terrorism charges and held indefinitely with no case brought against them.
Should Walter Wolfgang (rememebr him?) have been arrested on anti terror charges?

champagne and johnny still regurgitating the same old tripe that the media is spoonfeeding you i see 'but that what it said in the paper, it's true' i know it's difficult, but you really should try using a little more common sense. admarlow you can't have a world wide ' terrorist fear mongering clinic' without terrorist's, that's why they were rounded up. now bush is pushing through congress that they all be tried in a military tribunal, minimal burden of proof, all done in secret, all public hears is guilty! why, what are they afraid of! the truth maybe! in two weeks after mid term elections him and his cronies will lose control of the congress.
Seriously, I think armadillos first answer, (that "two liner") was brill. and deserves some real thinking about. It would honestly deter me from the idea of a future in professional terrorism. Some kind of an imposed B.B. scenario lends such an air of banallity; it would truely be like fighting like with like. The posabilitys aer endles ! Now where have I heared that before? was a mobile 'phone advert or something?
