I’m good at ignoring people though ;0)
I used to make really good Yorkshire pudding, but I always cooked it around the meat, not individual ones. Delicious with all the flavour of the meat juices. My mother always ate some more for 'pudding' with jam on!!

My mam used thd fat or ‘lap’ as it was called , off the meat in her Yorkshire pudding tins, she always wiped them out with a clean cloth after use, never put them in soap and water, she said that’s how they would stick, no Teflon back then and they were delicious
