My friend and I have been disagreeing about whether or not it is illegal to receive oral pleasure from an underage girl (15) He says it's NOT illegal and I say it IS illegal...and if it isn't illegal, it bloody well should be! Anyone got a clue?

It's not that I have an issue with sex out of marriage...it's sex out of love that really winds me up! Ok, I guess better education is needed rather than trying to enforce a law...but I wish parents would take some of the responsibility themselves! My parents taught me values and morals, they taught me respect for others, they taught me my "p's and q's" if you will. I'm only 26 but kids these days are just so totally out of control! There was a girl at my secondary school who would have sex with you if you gave her either �1 OR bought her a mars bar at lunch! I mean...how has this total lack of morals and self respect come about?

Thinking back to school, sex education I believe consisted of one science lesson...a video of 2 cartoon cats shagging in the dark and all you could see were their eyes, a demo of how to put a condom on a banana, a quick lecture on how eggs and sperm work and then they gave us all some rubbers and sent us off to break. Needless to say most of the pupils didn't take it in the slightest bit seriously and there were blown up condoms hanging out of every locker!
