Cooking Chicken Thighs.

Could they be roasted in the oven? If so, at what temperature and for how long?

The chicken thighs turned out very nice. The spuds I tried to roast with them were half raw. I'll try to fry them in the morning with an egg.

Treat yourself to an air-fryer Sandy. Mine cost £35 and cooks chicken perfectly. Not very big but handy and useful item.
