The former attorney general becomes the latest to make it public that he has submitted a letter of no confidence in the Prime Minister.

He must surely be getting twitchy over the number that haven’t made it known publicly.
Educated guesstimates have it at over 40 in total thus far. It’s obvious that even his own party don’t believe the guff that was spouted last week and realise that he is now their biggest liar-bility.
Doesn’t history show that such matters usually escalate during a parliamentary recess?
I’ve a feeling the knives will be out shortly.

Shows how angry Bozo was at not being able to save his mate Owen Patterson. All he did was accept a brown envelope for asking a couple of questions in the House. And get caught. You have to admire Bozo's loyalty.

fatticus:"whoever was in post would have had to by whatever means necessary anyway, because Article 50 had already been commenced before he took power?" You only have to look at what Treason May tried to foist on us to see the drivel in that statement. Boris was given an 80 seat majority to do a proper Brexit, not the Treacherous Brino that May was trying to peddle. Yes there are, as always problems in NI, but Boris got us a pretty close to "proper" brexit.

Still having a go at other Tories eh? Johnson is imploding, just like the party that he’s dragging to unplumbed depths.
Sounds like you’re lashing out wildly…..again.
Lol.
Is May a pinko subversive too then?
Looks like Lord Geidt is also joining the throng.

So many lefties amongst the Tory ranks eh?
you claim to be a Tory yet spend all day everyday sl466ing us off.
"Is May a pinko subversive too then? " - I have never used those terms, you made those up. May was a good Tory but she was a remoaner at heart so tasked with implementing brexit she was always going to do a half arised job of it.

//you claim to be a Tory yet spend all day everyday sl466ing us off.//

Lol, I don’t claim to be anything, just that I’ve got the mindset of one of the 28 Tory MP’s who are fed up of lies, evasion and deceit.
Plus you need to define who ‘us’ are? Do you mean fawning and sycophantic Boris Johnson flunkies, or decent Tory politicians who are distraught at the erosion of democracy and high standards in office under the current administration?
Margaret Thatcher would have handbagged the serial liar and adulterer to within an inch of his miserable life for the degradation that he’s caused to the Conservative party.
So, who are the ‘us’ you speak of? I’m asking because you sound as if you’re in the midst of a siege mentality with dwindling numbers?

Of course, as Christine says they’re ‘disloyal backstabbers’.
So what are the throng of MP’s who want him out?
Are they the same? I’m just curious because anyone who questions and wants to see the immediate removal of the PM are by your reckoning 5Cers and lefties, are they not?
"us" are the loyal Tories, represented by the 339 of the 365 (93%) MPs.
"dwindling numbers? " - see above.
still waiting for you to show me where I have said "pinko subversives".
Question Author
Pmsl, you believe that 93% are loyal to Boris Johnson? Rofl!
As for the pinko but, ease off on the semantics or check out other meanings for a Fifth Columnist, you know exactly what you’re implying.
Oh actually, maybe you don’t, given your propensity for dishing out insults and generalisations whilst in a blind rage?
Never mind. We’ll just put them down as subversives disloyal to the Fuh….sorry, the Prime Minister.
"Pmsl, you believe that 93% are loyal to Boris Johnson? Rofl!" - well they are your figures, it says 26, the total is 365, you do the arithmetic.
"As for the pinko but, ease off on the semantics or check out other meanings for a Fifth Columnist, you know exactly what you’re implying." - so you made up those terms then? I only give people the labels they create for themselves by their words and actions.
"Oh actually, maybe you don’t, given your propensity for dishing out insults and generalisations whilst in a blind rage?", I'm not in a rage blind or otherwise, just answering your simplistic rhetoric me old china.
"Never mind. We’ll just put them down as subversives disloyal to the Fuh….sorry, the Prime Minister. " - Well if they are trying to remove the PM I'd say they are less than loyal devotees wouldn't you?
Question Author
I’d say they were trying to remove the PM for the numerous reasons stated earlier.
What do you believe are their reasons?

As for the loyal Tories represented by their MP’s I can’t help but wonder how many have written to said MP’s to register their displeasure at the PM’s character, demeanour and mindset throughout?
They’ll feel compelled to act shortly I’m sure.
I mean, if the PM’s ethics adviser this very evening believes his boss is no longer capable of telling the truth then one wonders when the poor chap will be given the coup de grace for the good of the party?
