Birds in my roof

Does anyone know how to go about getting rid of a nest of birds in your roof?? I'm planning on getting my facias done but not sure how to get rid of the birds and I don't want to block any in!! Any suggestions? Is it someone like RSPCA?

maybe try the rspca? they may help in a non violent way! try the local vets as well they sometimes have contacts for animal wefare issues and disposing in a humane way.
