All my life I have been short and it really upsets me because people have always treated me very poorly because of it. This has greatly effected me mentally and I have no reason to believe that it will get better when I'm older. I'm not happy being 5'6 and never will.
I'm looking for methods to grow taller by any means. (Please don't respond saying I should learn to be comfortable with my height or anything like that.)

You could look at it from the other way ... I am 5foot 2inches and would love to be 5'6
I have reported this as a duplicate question which I understand is against the rules. I won't hold my breath however.
the advice that you cannot lengthen limbs is wrong in my opinion

A handful of UK surgeons offer leg-lengthening procedures, charging between £50,000 and £70,000 for both femurs. Prices can drop to around half that, depending on the device used, in “cosmetic tourism” hotspots such as Turkey and India.

It is unlikely that you would qualify in the UK for NHS treatment. Side effects? some side effects are right un-mimzy. Loss of legs, wheelchair.

5'6' isnt bad - just leave it alone ( in my opinion) - it was the normal height for victorian women ( I think )

so this answer is: small isnt that small: it is quite tall
You should be grateful. 5’6” is not short. Be grateful you are healthy, look around and see how others are suffering.
