A friend is a brewer , and his stuff turns up in a number of the city's pub

Birkenhead market was like a magic grotto to me as a child..can still smell the smells and hear the noise !!

Morning all. In the midst of a full on thunderstorm here, it's as black as night and the rain is tamping off the pavements. My poor little cat is out there somewhere I bet she's not happy

it is the first open day at the cat rescue place next weekend.. so looking forward to a cuddle and play with all the wee babies..it is a fund raising thing with stalls and home baking..will stock up on jam and preserves from the WI !

Oh just went down to make a pot of tea and she ran in and gave him a telling of, she's on the bed next to me now waiting for belly rub.
