He certainly is and for people who wish to get on with their lives in an orderly and legal way would say he’s stating the bleedin obvious. Most sane right-minded people would say what he has.

It's a pity he didn't figure out this patently obvious scenario before unleashing his pointless attention-seeking morons on the general public.
While right, a) apparently he's the one financing it, b) normal folk aren't going to join the movement anyway as they know how vital oil is and the consequences of suddenly not using it.
At last he speaks some sense. He bankrolled those loonies and lets hope he can make them stop, or would they not listen to him?.
