you reli shouldnt inhale cigar smoke, but yes you can blow smoke through you nose, it sometimes burns though

i think the problem here is 'etiquette'. it depends what type/what situation. in a posh dinner setting i would say no, but smoking a cigar playing poker etc then yeah! what? cant believ i jut wrote that
