When To Take Tablets?

Spent most of yesterday in A&E and was given some tablets that say not to take indigestion remedies within 2 hours or 2 hours before.

Is it ok to take my lanzoporale or do I have to allow 2 hours as well.

i was a bit confused when I left and didn't notice the instructions.

Thank you for the help, its still not working that well, I find myself having to take 1 set at 5am before taking my antibiotics at 7am!
