Can you burn NTSC to DVD witrh Nero 7, for a region 2 DVD recorder?

You can indeed burn NTSC to DVD using Nero 7.When you add the file to Nero, a message appears stating that the file you are attempting to burn is NTSC, you just click ok, and your file should appear in the list of items to burn to DVD.I burn a lot of NTSC videos, and it works every time.
