speeding endorsments

i have a sp30 and a sp50 which ive had for just over 3 years, as far as i know they arent valid anymore but how can i get them off my licence.

Your points from speeding offences only count towards the 'totting-up' system for a 3 year period but remain on your licence for 4 years.

after 4 years you can apply to dvla to remove them - and guess what, you will be forking out for that too!
