In Pain

I think all my ligaments are out. I feel fuzzy and like my muscles are pulling on my neck, back, hips, sometimes stomach. I am in agony right now. Keep getting pain in my right middle finger and my leg keeps going numb but those 2 might be from tablets taking.

Any advice pls?
