Turkey Crown

HELP..........its my first time cooking Christams dinner (finally decided to conquer my fear at 35) and I've bought a turkey crown. Has anyone got any advise on the best way to do this or am I paniking over nothing?

Go and get one from Sainsburys ~ they have a little pop up timer stuck in them. Just follow the instructions (same as mrsprite's) and hey presto its done.
Also (sorry alan30, I know I'm just being pedantic) I think you'll find that a turkey crown has the wings, legs and under body removed ~ hence the term crown as its the top of the bird (e.g. the breast and rib section)
